CTC Rockplough 1 in umbilical mode has taken the proven RockploughTM design to a new level. The enhanced Rockplough 1 will retain the variable geometry arrangement and will be capable of continuous burial and immediate backfill through most seabed conditions.

The plough will be enhanced to accept pull forces of up to 150te enabling burial to a depth of 1.2m in dense sands and will be able to handle steel tube umbilicals with MBR up to 15.5m.
