ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

LOCATION: CTC HEAD OFFICE, DARLINGTON

Salary
Competitive per annum plus benefits, subject to experience.

Qualifications
Professionally qualified mariner/Engineer (marine engineering qualification preferred).
Competent Microsoft Project & Office Suite user (Word/Excel/Outlook etc).
PMS Administration experience preferable.
AMOS M&P Users course. (Not essential)
AMOS M&P Administrators course. (Not essential)

Essential:
Extensive use of a standard PMS system, both in an office and operational environment and some administration experience would be preferable.

Objective
To assist in the day-to-day support and administration of the fleet PMS system (currently AMOS M&P) checking the integrity of the data between the office and the offshore fleet. Data entry into new databases, checking the quality and accuracy of the data entered by the offshore crews

Principal Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining adequate shipboard spares and repair / maintenance equipment inventories.
• Assist in Identify areas of recurring problems and or the need for equipment modifications and raise with the equipment support engineer.
• Provide technical support and advice to the offshore crews and Project Managers.
