Salary

Objective
To ensure the safe and efficient mobilization of all offshore crew to the Company’s worksites both onshore and offshore. Ensuring all personnel meet the necessary qualifications prior to mobilization.
Principal Responsibilities
- To work in accordance with defined CTC QHS&E Management Systems and be aware of H&S responsibilities to you and to others and to carry out those duties as identified in procedure Corp/H&S/P/SP1.1 – HS&E Responsibilities and Organisation.
- Assist with the development preliminary crew rotas, ensuring that suitable numbers, competencies (e.g. electrical/hydraulic) and experience are incorporated, and maximising utilisation of internal resources.
- Seek suitable candidates for any shortfalls identified in the logistical plans for external resourcing.
- Co-ordinate the review 3rd party CV’s when utilizing offshore crew via a 3rd party agency.
- Assist with the selection of offshore teams (taking in to account, bias, etc).
- Ensure the effective management of offshore crewing relating to the mobilisation/demobilisation of personnel with due regard to safety and cost implications and in accordance with the agreed project schedule/instruction.
- Interface with Third Party Subcontractors to ensure timely mobilisation and demobilisation of their personnel and advise visa requirements and inoculations if required.
- Check visa and inoculation requirements and process applications as required.
- Ensure all Third Party Subcontractors are in possession of the correct certification prior to mobilization.
- Interface with Shipping Agents (Worldwide) in support of offshore personnel mobilisation/demobilisation logistics information and transfer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of offshore personnel availability, through holiday, sickness and training records.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate and secure personnel files for third party offshore and staff offshore employees.
- Ensure CTC staff offshore employees certification is valid prior to going offshore (i.e., valid offshore survival and medical certification) and arrange renewal as and when required.
- Ensure CV’s for all staff offshore employees are kept up to date in Company format.
Supplementary Responsibilities
- Deputise for the Offshore Crewing Manager in their Absence.
- Cover Department Administration duties in the absence of the Department Administrator.
- Assist with the preparation of the offshore payroll spreadsheet.
