OFFSHORE MANAGERS

LOCATION: OFFSHORE - AREA'S OF OPERATION WORLDWIDE

Qualifications & Experience
Preference for former Mariners with DP experience and offshore construction experience – alternatively, offshore technical experience with ROV’s or Ploughs in a senior role.
Computer literate (proficient with Microsoft Office products).

Essential - substantial related experience, and demonstrating relevant management experience – ideally in a Superintendent type position with North Sea offshore management experience, and with good overall knowledge of all offshore operations supported by a strong foundation in management and leadership capabilities. 

Typically, the successful candidate will have served in an operational role.  Experience gathered in the North Sea and in other Oil/Gas area’s is a pre-requisite for consideration.  Experience of dynamic positioning operations and other subsea construction utilizing remote technology devices (ROV’s, Ploughs etc) would be an advantage.

Trainee’s will be considered on an entry level of Shift Superintendent providing candidate’s can demonstrate sufficient relevant experience coupled with the drive and enthusiasm for a new challenge.

Role Description
This Senior Management Position undertakes responsibility for the management of the project offshore. The role includes being the primary operational interface onboard with the Client and vessel Master, ensuring operations are completed in accordance with approved programmes and relevant statutory and company policies and procedures, in a safe and efficient manner and within the necessary contractual and technical specifications.
