The Modular Plough System (MPS) is a lightweight ploughing system for the burial of both rigid and flexible products up to 450mm diameter. The plough was designed to be configured in either pipeline or cable mode and can be configured with buoyancy modules to allow ploughing capability in soft soils of 3kPa strength. With a maximum operating depth of 1000m, the MPS has a maximum tow force of 100Te.
